Zsófia is a senior attorney with significant professional experience in corporate and commercial law. Before joining RVD Partners, she served as Chief Legal Officer of a Hungarian large enterprise with nearly 3,000 employees, where she was responsible for overseeing the group’s entire legal operations and compliance framework. She obtained her law degree from Pázmány Péter Catholic University School of Law and later gained international experience at legal departments of an international law firm in Vienna, Barcelona and also in Budapest.

Her main practice areas include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and complex contractual structures. Zsófia combines legal precision with a strong business-oriented mindset, aiming to deliver solutions that ensure both legal security and tangible business value for her clients.

She provides legal advice in both Hungarian and English, with a particular focus on international transactions and cross-border corporate cooperation.

Zsofia has recently acted in the following major cases, among others:

• full-scope legal support in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, from due diligence to closing
• drafting and restructuring of intercompany agreements and group transformation processes
• preparation, negotiation and harmonisation of international supply and service contracts
• development and group-level implementation of corporate compliance and data protection policies
• structuring of strategic cooperation and licensing agreements
