Working as a sole practitioner and at a Hungarian law firm Omar has gained significant experience primarily in the fields of construction and real estate law. In this context, he has advised on Corporate Law issues necessary for the development of organizational structures for complex projects and has also gained experience in project management. He typically advises small and medium-sized enterprises and non-profit organizations operating in a wide range of industries.

A member of the Budapest Bar Association. Besides being native Hungarian, he speaks English, Italian and Spanish.

• Legal project management and advice on the organization and full implementation of a multi-site, high profile real estate development project of a national sports federation, in cooperation with several local governments and ministries
• Legal project management and advice to the developer on the design, construction, and operation phases of a complex, multistage real estate development project with sports and commercial functions
• Contributing to the implementation of two real estate investments of “outstanding importance for the national economy”
• Legal advice on the acquisition of an international franchise and the establishment of its Hungarian network
• Representing EU and non-EU real estate investors in their entry to the Hungarian market
• Advising a diplomatic mission of a foreign state in Budapest in various fields
• Providing legal expertise in major public procurement proceedings
• Advising on the conclusion and dispute resolution of major design contracts, representing both the client and the designer
• Comprehensive legal advice to NPOs in setting up and structuring their operations
